PatternCe_MOB-4 is expressed ubiquitously in adult worms. To identify which tissues express Ce_MOB-4 in postembryonic stage, we expressed green fluorescent protein (GFP) under 1 kb upstream regulatory sequence. GFP signals were widely detected in various tissues including pharyngeal muscles, pharyngeal neurons, anterior intestinal cells, hypodermal cells, vulval cells and posterior intestinal cells.
