| Pattern | In WT, lin-22 expression in the seam is restricted to H0-H2 and V1-V4 cells. After cell division, we found that daughter cells show initially comparable amounts of lin-22 expression, both after the L2 symmetric and the subsequent asymmetric divisions. However, lin-22 expression was maintained specifically in the posterior seam cell-fated daughter cell late after asymmetric divisions. | |||
