PatternIn young adults, sup-7 is predominantly expressed in neurons and in the vulva. However, in L4, sup-7 is ubiquitously expressed in all somatic tissues. Thus, during the transition to adulthood, sup-7 exhibits an overall decline in somatic expression and in particular, a loss of intestinal expression.
