| Pattern | Expression is seen in the nuclei of eight neurons in the adult, two pairs in the head and two pairs in the tail. However, not each member of each pair is seen in every expressing worm. The identity of these neurons is uncertain. The head neurons may be ADLL/R or ASKL/R and IL1DL/R or IL1L/R. The tail neurons may be PVQL/R or PVCL/R and PVNR/L. This gene is similar to human copine I, a calcium-dependent phospholipid binding protein involved in membrane trafficking. | |||
