Remark[091007 pad] This gene loci looks like a degraded coding loci more than an RNA gene. Multiple exons lack a full Open Reading Frame. Interestingly there is no protein homology from other Caenorhabditis species for this loci and WABA conservation to briggsae seems to be lacking. This loci appears to be producing a large volume of transcripts but these cannot be modeled into a fully length coding gene.Curator_confirmedWBPerson1983
