DB_remark960212: B0001 was extended by 100 nt to create an overlap with F20B10. The stolen data came from redundant cosmid ZC197
[070420 pad] F20B10 contains a 100% identical 8.232kb direct duplication. On detailed analysis, including returning to the original cosmid reads this does not look like an assembly problem as unique reads can be found that prove that Copy 2 follows straight on from Copy 1. To confirm, this is not an assembly issue. This may have been produced as the result of a rescent duplication or simply a cloning artefact.
