TreatmentYoung adult animals (Po) were placed onto RNAi plates for several hours to lay eggs and then removed. Larvae developed to young adulthood on RNAi plates and were then transferred to fresh RNAi plates supplemented with 500 or 1000 micromolar oxoline. In this way, worms continued feeding on dsRNA-expressing bacteria throughout the experiment.
