early embryonic: 1/5 embryos has large yolk granules
3/3 are wildtype. In 1/3 there are two additional adult worms mentioned at the larval test, which are probably due to a L1-larvae contamination, when the injected worm was transferred. However there are more than 50 L3/L4 F1 progeny from the injected worm, so this test is clearly wt.
