Remark[120726 pad] This model belongs to a very complicated loci where it is difficult to fully model the transcript data as coding genes. The locus has been curated as a set of 3/2 coding genes and 2/3 pseudogenic loci. The common theme is that there appears to be 5 repeated sequences within the cluster and that there is light transcriptional activity connecting the loci and adding additional exon structures. One theory is that this is a cluster of 5 ncRNAs that get transcribed as a single unit and then post processed to produce active products.Curator_confirmedWBPerson1983
