WBPicture0000008805DescriptionFigure 8. Localization of anti-UNC-96 antibodies in embryonic muscles. Embryos were costained with anti-UNC-96 and anti-MHC A. As shown in the top panel, UNC-96 is first detectable at the 1.5-fold embryonic stage, in which UNC-96, like myosin heavy chain A, is localized to the cytoplasm of body wall muscle cells. As shown in the bottom panel, by the threefold stage, UNC-96 is almost undetectable in body wall muscle cells, but it is prominently found in the pharyngeal muscles.
