A representation of the GFP expression profiles is shown: a, along the length of the body in the cuticular region of L2; b, hypodermal cells (hyp) of L3; c, gonad (g) region of L4; and d, the posterior bulb of pharynx (arrowhead) in an adult worm. The gfp expression was observed under Zeiss fluorescent microscope using fluorescein isothiocyanate filter sets and photographed (original magnification, X200).
