Interaction_summary | " To disrupt UPS function, we first performed RNAi knock-down of ubiquitin, pas-5 and rpn-2 in C17H1.6p::gfp and F26F2.1p::gfp transgenic animals. Strikingly, RNAi against the UPS components dramatically induced GFP expression in the intestine in both of these strains (Figure 6B).
