PatternThe signal detected in all embryonic stages is very strong, including the one cell stage. tba-6 tubulin gene shows a high, constant level of expression, during all embryonic stages, that decreases during L1, and L2 stages. An increase of the expression pattern is observed during L3 stage in the pharyngeal muscle cells, which decrease again during L4 and adult stages. In the L4 larval stage, animals showed the lack of tba-6 expression in the head and tail. However, during L4 stage an increase in the expression pattern is seen in intestinal and vulva muscles, which reaches a maximum in the adult stage.
