| Pattern | In Pcrn-6 4xNLS::GFP transgenic embryos, GFP was observed almost exclusively in intestinal precursor cells, but very weak GFP signals were also observed in some posterior cells of early embryos. In late stage Pcrn-64xNLS::GFP embryos, GFP was only observed in a few intestinal cells. In Pcrn-6 4xNLS::GFP larvae or adults, GFP was consistently detected in intestinal cells, especially in two pairs of the most anterior intestinal cells. Occasionally, GFP was also seen in two pairs of the most posterior intestinal cells. | ||
