PatternCATP-6::FP is expressed in a punctate pattern in many neurons in the head and tail, all body wall muscles, the posterior gut, the spermatheca, the DTC and the pharyngeal cells. CATP-6::FP is also expressed in the gonadal sheath cells, where it appears to be closely associated with the plasma membrane and is not punctate. Notably, native CATP-6::FP is strongly expressed in the germ line within the mitotic region, the transition zone and the pachytene region, and appears to localize to the plasma membrane.
