| Construction_summary | Molecular cloning was performed according to standard methods (Sambrook et al., 1989). GFP reporter constructs were made with PCR products tagged with SalI and XbaI sites amplified from Cosmid GGC8. The PCR products were inserted into pYB10 (which is derived from pPD122.53 by deleting four nuclear localization signals and contains pes-10 promoter).
