For pPDW06-9, 1.6 kb upstream sequence and the entire coding region of W06B3.2a/c were amplified as above. A PstI site and a SalI site engineered into PCR primers were used to insert the amplified products into the GFP vector pPD95.77. pPDW06-c was prepared by amplifying 4.9 kb sequence upstream of the 5' UTR region of W06B3.2a (exon-1).
