[100312 pad] Converted this loci into a coding loci as it appears that the splice 5' UTR is conserved in other nematodes and that they all utilise a start site within exon 3 of the locus. I have created a 3rd Isoform to represent the full length transcript starting at the 1st atg within the transcript population.
