(Chantilly, VA). A Cysteine was added to the C-terminus for conjugation of the peptide to keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH) to improve the immunogenicity. Anti-NLP was purified from rabbit antiserum using the same peptide that was biotinylated at the C-terminus and bound to streptavidin magnetic beads (Thermo scientific, Waltham, MA). | ||
