bnc-1 is also expressed in the male-specific CP7 MN and CP8interneuron in the VNC. Additionally,
bnc-1 is expressed dimly in SABVs in the RVG. Inmab-9 null mutants,
bnc-1 is derepressed in SABD. In
unc-4 null mutants,
bnc-1 in SABVsis lost, presumably due to the derepression of
mab-9 which otherwise represses
bnc-1(see Fig.5E for genetic model).B: The expression of SAB-specific
glr-4 is not affected in
