epg-6 encodes two protein isoforms and is widely expressed, Related to Figure 2. This figure shows that expression of either isoform of
epg-6 rescues defective degradation of PGL granules in
epg-6 mutants. The translational reporter, gfp::
epg-6, is functional and widely expressed. Expression of gfp::
epg-6 remains unchanged in autophagy mutants. This figure also shows that PGL granules, T12G3.1 aggregates and LGG-1 puncta form clusters and largely colocalize in
epg-6 and
atg-2 mutants.
