Series deletion analysis identified four regulatory elements in snap-25 first intron. I2h was both necessary and sufficient for SNAP-25 expression in mechanosensory neurons.
Series deletion analysis identified four regulatory elements in snap-25 first intron. I2m was necessary, but not sufficient, to drive SNAP-25 expression in motor neurons
Series deletion analysis identified four regulatory elements in snap-25 first intron. I1m was required for SNAP-25 expression in tail ganglion cells, as its removal led to decreased expression in these cells.

Seriers deletion analysis of snap-25 5' upstream region identified two distinct regulatory elements, P1 and P2. P1 is a DA/DD motor neuron-specific regulator, and P2 is an amphid/phasmid neuron-specific regulator.
