lag-1(RNAi) animals and ~11% of
lin-61(
n3809) mutants present a protruding vulva phenotype (Pvl), compared to only ~2% for the control (N2) animals. Interestingly, the combined inactivation of
lag-1 and

n3809)] resulted in a synergistic effect, that is, 52% of the animals show a Pvl phenotype, indicating a functional interaction between
