GFP::DLK-1 protein was present both in neuron cell bodies and in ventral cord neurites in a punctate pattern in wild type animals. In rpm-1 mutants, a significant increase in GFP::DLK-1 fluorescence was observed.
Interaction data was extracted by Xiaodong Wang from sentences enriched by Textpresso. The interaction was attributed to the paper(s) from which it was extracted.
"The rpm-1 defect does not alter diffferentiation of the mechanosensory neurons. We still observe mec-7 (Figure 1E) and mec-18 (Figures 2B, 2D, and 2F) promoter-specific expression. The neurons are labeled by the anti-MEC-7 antibody."
