Statistical t-test: P < 0.015 for lin-35(n745) analysis with a threshold of 2-fold ratio of mis-regulation.
Genes with significantly increased expression in lin-35(n745) comparing to in N2 in starvation condition.

Statistical t-test: P < 0.015 for lin-35(n745) analysis with a threshold of 2-fold ratio of mis-regulation.
Genes with significantly decreased expression in lin-35(n745) comparing to in N2 in starvation condition.
- WBPaper00062056:lin-35(n745)_downregulated
A gene model was built based on the WS260 annotation. Tag counts for each gene were extracted from STAR aligned BAM files, anddifferential gene expression between N2 and mutant backgrounds was tested using DESeq2. A false discovery rate(FDR) < 0.01 and LFC > 0.5849 was used to define genes as upregulated, and FDR < 0.01 and LFC < -1 was used to define genes asdownregulated.
Transcripts that showed significantly decreased expression in lin-35(n745) comparing to in N2 animals at starved L1 larva stage.

The raw data was normalized and t-statics were computed using R and Bioconductor with the affy package and Benjamini-Hoch-berg (BH) correction method for multiple comparisons. RNA levels that changed at least 1.5-fold with a probability of p < 0.005 after BH correction were considered significantly different in mir-35(gk262) mutants relative to wild-type.
Genes with expression level up regulated in mir-35 mutants comparing with N2.

Genes with expression level down regulated in mir-35 mutants comparing with N2.
