wdr-5.1 was nuclear-localized in Y/PDA throughout transdifferentiation. In some cases faint additional WDR-5.1::GFP staining was observed in the cytoplasm.
WDR-46::GFP was first visible in late-stage embryos as multiple distinct puncta. In L4 larvae and young adults, WDR-46::GFP fluorescence occurred as puncta in the hypo- dermis and intestine. We also observed WDR-46:: GFP in the body wall muscle, germline, and several cells in the head.
Tissues with consistent wdr-23a and wdr-23b GFP expression in three independent lines included the intestine, hypodermis, and muscle. GFP was also observed in other less-recognizable cells in the head and tail.
The expression of the wdr-48 transcriptional reporter was weak and was detected in several head neurons and cells in the tail including the anal depressor cell.
wdr-20 is expressed in several neurons in the head and tail, including several glr-1-expressing neurons based on overlap with a glr-1 transcriptional reporter (Pglr-1::dsRED), and in VNC processes.
