The C. elegans UNC-10 monoclonal antibodies were made by immunizing mice with a His6-tagged fusion protein to the N-terminus zinc finger domain, amino acids 1-144 which had previously been used for the generation of rabbit polyclonal antibodies [17]. Seven stable hybridoma cell lines (1D8, 1H4, 2E11, 2F3, 3H9, 4A5, and 4E11) were produced of the isotype IgG1, except for 2F3, which was of the isotype IgG2a.
