RemarkMicroarray data was subjected to the Robust Multichip Averaging (RMA) algorithm using GeneSpring GX software (Agilent Technologies, Santa Clara, CA). ANOVA t-test and fold-change calculations were also performed using GeneSpring software. Transcripts showing a corrected P value of <0.05 were considered differentially expressed between E. coli OP50 and Y. pestis KIM5 experimental treatments.
